Prior to her work in Philadelphia, Ms. Shelton held leadership roles at K12. She served as the Academic Professional Development Coordinator at ISPA, in which she orchestrated the training of all staff during the launch year. As the Instructional Specialist for the Northern Region of K12, she played an integral part in launching programs as part of the Students First initiative. Ms. Shelton began her K12 career as a classroom teacher and leader at TNVA in 2011.
